AI literacy is mandatory. We turn it into an advantage.
Since February 2025, companies must ensure that their employees use AI competently. The Nao Training Hub turns that into a programme for your company: your rules, your tools, your examples, with a certificate and record for every person.
- Your own content in the training
- Certificate and record per participant
- Learning platform with SSO and GDPR-compliant reporting
Example: mandatory training with your content
- AI at your company: goals and roadmap
- Your policy and works agreement
- Contacts and reporting channels
- Basics and safe use
- Knowledge, projects, assistants
- Workflows and self-help
The obligation is here. The training usually isn’t.
Article 4 of the EU AI Act has required, since 2 February 2025, a sufficient level of AI literacy for everyone who uses or supervises AI in the company. Sufficient means: appropriate to the role, the tool and the risk.
Evidence, not just intent
Who completed and passed which training, and when? That question must be answerable, towards authorities, the works council and in audits.
Role instead of one-size-fits-all
The person in quality management needs different knowledge than the one in sales. And whoever builds assistants needs more than whoever uses them.
Your rules, not generic ones
Which data may go into which tool? Who is the contact? That is in your policy, and that is exactly what belongs in the training.

A selection from our programmes
These three are what customers ask for most. Every programme is available as a self-paced course on the platform and as live training, and we adapt each one to your company. If you need a different topic, such as Copilot, AI in quality management or prompting for sales, we build it for you.
- For all employees who work with the platform
Langdock training
From the first login to your own assistant. With your folders, your knowledge collections and your rules, not with demo data.
- Navigation, chat and prompt library
- Folders, knowledge collections, projects
- Skills, assistants and workflows
- Safe use according to your policy
Self-paced course about 3 hours, live training half a day - For everyone who uses or supervises AI
AI literacy under Art. 4 EU AI Act
What generative AI can and cannot do, which risks exist and what the EU AI Act requires of your role. With a final quiz and certificate of participation as evidence for your documentation.
- Basics of generative AI and its limits
- Risk tiers and obligations in the EU AI Act
- Data protection, copyright, liability in everyday work
- Recognising errors and hallucinations
Self-paced course about 90 minutes, live impulse 60 to 90 minutes - For leaders, key users and everyone responsible for use cases
Ethical AI
Where AI influences decisions in the company, rules beyond data protection are needed. The programme makes them tangible: on your use cases, not on textbook examples.
- Fairness, transparency and human oversight
- Handling patient and employee data
- Decision boundaries for assistants and agents
- A guideline for your company
Workshop half a day, as self-paced course about 2 hours
Your policy becomes part of the training
A training works when it shows people’s own everyday work. That is why every training starts with you: your goals, your policy, your contacts. You don’t have to write anything for that.
We review what exists
AI policy, works agreement, data protection requirements, existing material. What is missing, we work out with you in one session.
We build it in
A dedicated part with your chapters, in your language, with screenshots from your environment. Plus quiz questions on your rules.
You approve
You review chapters and questions, we adjust. Only after your approval does the training go to the staff.
Example from a current project: the mandatory training for around 230 employees starts with two chapters by the customer on goals, policy and reporting channels, and the customer writes the first seven quiz questions themselves.
What the Training Hub brings
A learning platform that doesn’t occupy your IT and takes work off your HR department.

Certificates
After passing the final quiz, every person receives a certificate with date, programme and result. As PDF and in the overview.
SSO integration
Login via Microsoft Entra ID or your identity provider. No new password, no manual user management, leavers take effect immediately.
GDPR-compliant reporting
Who started, completed, passed which training? Evaluation per department, reminders for open mandatory trainings. Hosted in the EU.
Quiz and pass mark
Final quiz per programme with a defined pass mark. You help formulate the questions on your own content.
Kept up to date
When the platform or the law changes, we update the chapters. You decide whether a refresher is due.
German and English
All programmes in both languages, for international sites and teams.
