What we want to do differently
In earlier roles at corporates, consultancies and startups we kept seeing the same pattern: strategy papers that end up in a drawer. Pilots that never go into production. Consultants who don’t know the technology, and developers who don’t understand the business.
That’s why we combine consulting and development in one team. It removes the handoffs where AI projects typically break down. And we focus on the Mittelstand and regulated industries, because that’s where real problems are waiting and companies deserve honest advisors.
Concretely: from the very first conversation you’re at the table with the people who will later develop the concept or build the application. No sales team promising something the project team can’t keep.

How Nao is set up
